The plant "Potential" has updated and equipped the physics class within the framework of the program "Grow Engineers"

2023: Equipping technical equipment with a physics training class

With the support of the Potential plant (part of the Russian production company System Electric), a physics training class at the Lyceum of the City of Kozmodemyansk of the Republic of Mari was repaired and equipped with technical equipment. Systeme Electric announced this on December 27, 2023.

The opening of the class was attended by the mayor of Kozmodemyansk Mikhail Kozlov, the general director of Potential Radik Mukhamadeev, the heads of educational organizations of the city, the director of the lyceum Svetlana Gromova and his students.

Within the framework of the national project "Education," together with the MOU "Lyceum of the City of Kozmodemyansk" and the Volga State Technological University, the plant "Potential" participates in the implementation of the program "Grow Engineers," which is aimed at creating a continuing education environment "school-university-enterprise" and preparing students for mastering engineering specialties.

Weekly teachers of the university conduct classroom classes for students of the lyceum using remote educational technologies in the subjects "Projection drawing" and "Physics." In addition, students practice at the "Potential," get acquainted with the specifics of the engineering profession and production technologies. In 2023, the Potential plant provided a grant for modern repairs and equipment of the physics office at the Lyceum, as well as for the improvement of the city's playground.

Our company is implementing a large-scale modernization program, updating the infrastructure. This project is designed for several years and is aimed at expanding the range, introducing equipment and, of course, ensuring decent working conditions. However, qualitative growth is impossible without the development of professional personnel. Therefore, "Potential" actively cooperates with educational institutions.
