2024: Finalizing CyberStudio Software Product
On January 10, 2024, Cyberphysics"" announced that it had completed the finalization of the CyberStudio software product. It is designed for predictive analytics industrial equipment and process optimization. Russian software will help optimize the level of security in enterprises.
According to the company, the revision of the CyberStudio platform was carried out with grant support. RFRIT The total cost of the project amounted to 74.9 million, rubles the amount of the grant - 56.6 million rubles. State support made it possible to expand the development team to create functionality in the region, artificial intelligence as well as attract equipment experts.
The key technology of CyberStudio is the construction of digital twins of equipment and processes based on modern machine learning methods. The digital twins being developed are easily adaptable thanks to transfer training. The main principle of the system is to compare the real indicators of the equipment with the values calculated by the digital twin. CyberStudio detects problems in the operation of equipment at an early stage: if the actual values deviate from the norm, the system notifies the operator.
Implemented ON in the interface allows you to optimize replication processes: you can transfer information from one equipment to another, scale the solution to entire workshops and create digital models of equipment even with a small number of introductory ones. data
Communication with customers and analysis of the target market showed the need for products of this class from the production side. As part of the finalization of the project, a wide range of CyberStudio functionality was implemented for the RFRIT grant. It became possible to connect external and retrospective data sources, conduct them, analysts adjust the operating modes of the equipment, the ability to train models of a new type. In addition, the software involves the formation of a daily report on the operation of the equipment. This allows you to take the necessary measures in advance to prevent emergency situations.
CyberStudio is a domestic development. The system replaces such foreign products that have left the Russian market as GE Smart Signal, Honeywell Forge, Siemens Senseye predictive maintenance, Schneider predictive maintenance, AVEVA PRiSM Predictive Asset Analytics, Aspen Tech (MTell).
