The objectives of the company were:

• Revision of all control programs based on Big Data and updating the time standards by monitoring the actual time of operations;
• Control of production discipline and operator actions using SMS notifications for top management;
• Monitoring of night shifts and out-of-hours work to optimize working time based on the use of workshop TV and operational dispatching.
• As a result of the introduction of WINNUM, RZZ ZAO machines managed to reduce costs while maintaining production volumes, reduce the annual consumption of the cutting tool by 15%, unify processing programs and reduce time limits.
