2023: Migration to "1C:Itilium"
Riv Ghosh uses the Service Desk Itilium, developed by Desnol Soft, as the main system for managing IT services within the company. Migration is provided as part of the release of a new release - 1C:ITILIUM. Desnol Soft announced this on January 25, 2024.
At the end of December 2023, 1C officially announced the launch of a joint ESM solution for automating service management processes - 1C:ITILIUM - with the Desnol Soft Development Center. The prototype of the system was Service Desk Itilium, developed by Desnol Soft. This solution is far from new to the ITSM and ESM market in Russia: the system is implemented on the basis of the 1C: Enterprise platform and has constantly developed since 2006 according to the ITIL methodology. As of January 2024, more than 1.5 thousand companies operate in Itilium.
Roman Ivanov, Project Manager for Automation of Service Management in Riv Gosh (LLC Aromatekh, part of the Riv Gosh group of companies), noted the potential of solving the 1C:ITILIUM in terms of creating a joint service center within the company. In his opinion, the introduction of a unified system for optimizing work processes increases the transparency of service management processes, the speed and quality of the services provided and the level of satisfaction of those who use them. In addition, it ensures efficient collaboration of all service employees, reduces problems and provides management with a tool to make effective management decisions based on accurate data.
In the future, we plan to migrate from Service Desk Itilium to the new 1C:ITILIUM software product, as well as integrate with the Itilium web portal on Bitrix24. Perhaps, with the implementation of these plans, we will be able to switch to using a single Service Desk to solve all problems on the principle of "one window," - Roman Ivanov shared his plans. - As for the initial choice of Itilium as a Service Desk, it was important for us that this is a dynamically developing product on the domestic 1C: Enterprise platform, which allows us to organize a single service center. And another criterion, especially important for us, is an excellent technical and service support team, which always helps in difficult situations and helps to refine Itilium for our tasks. |
