2023: Abanking Digital Office Rollout
SDM-Bank has implemented a digital business office from Abanking Digital Office on a nocode platform. This is an online solution that will allow entrepreneurs to significantly optimize the process of signing documents and opening a current account. Abanking (Acommers) announced this on January 29, 2024.
Earlier, in order to open an account for legal entities, entrepreneurs had to fill out questionnaires manually, and this process, as a rule, took at least 20 minutes. In addition, customers had to come to the bank's office twice: first, to sign an application, then - an account opening agreement, in case of a positive decision.
Now, thanks to the digital service, efforts will be minimal: the bank will need to come only once to identify and receive the KEP token, and the online filling out of the questionnaire will take no more than 5 minutes.
Pros of the digital office:
- Time and effort savings: The time it now takes to complete an application has been reduced by 4 times; most of the questionnaire is filled out automatically; an application submitted through a digital office is processed 2 times faster;
- Comfort: convenient alerts and an additional prompt system are connected in the digital office;
- Maximum transparency and information security at all stages of service use.
Mechanics:
- You can fill out an application for opening an account remotely: an entrepreneur opens a questionnaire on the bank's website, enters a TIN, and some of the fields are filled out automatically;
- The service checks the client according to the requirements of the bank, reserves the account and sends a questionnaire for verification. After approval of the application, the digital service automatically generates a package of documents;
- The client has to go through identification and open an account.
The opportunity for a potential client to apply for an account, book online details and start using the bank's services here and now is a mandatory competitive minimum with which even small banks can fight for a client with digital giants. If earlier the development of a digital office was impossible for banks with limited IT resources, now you can implement a ready-made solution in 1-2 months with minimal investment, - commented Zhanna Korenkova, product manager Abanking. |
Interestingly, if earlier our bank's clients had practically no requests for a digital office, now that we have launched this project, it immediately became very popular.
