In June 2010, the international rating agency Fitch Ratings upgraded the bank's long-term foreign currency rating from "B-" to "B," the national long-term rating from "BB- (rus)" to "BBB (rus)," and also confirmed the short-term rating at "B." The forecast for all ratings is "Stable."
2025: Purchase of a business center in Moscow from Lukoil
In November 2025, a major transaction in the commercial real estate market took place in Moscow. SDM-Bank acquired a business center from the Lukoil oil company, located at Sushchevsky Val, 2.
