2024: Introduction of the line of servers "DetRu SM"
The product portfolio of the Russian technology solutions and services vendor DataRu has been replenished with the model range of general-purpose servers "DataRu Submarine," high-performance servers "DataRu SD" and the server "DataRu CM32." The developer announced this on February 12, 2024.
The presented line "DataRu Submarine" is designed to work with high-load calculations, including for processing big data and using artificial intelligence tools. The products are based on processors: Intel Xeon Scalable 5, as well as AMD EPYC 4 processors. They are on average 20-50% more powerful than earlier models.
The line "DataRu SM" presents servers with two and four sockets for connecting processors. These are compact models by the standards of this class, which allow you to connect from 8 to 16 PCle slots and from 36 to 48 drives. You can choose the appropriate server configuration based on your specific tasks. In addition, each of them is provided with a well-thought-out and easy-to-use remote control and monitoring system.
The update also took place in the line of scalable servers. It includes three models: "DateRu SD2" with support for four to 32 2nd generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors in four processor increments, "DateRu SD3" with support for two to eight 3rd generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, and the "DateRu CM32" system. The latter is designed to use four to 16 4th generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, in four processor increments.
