Directum on February 19, 2024 announced the implementation of a project to transfer personnel processes of the IT company Alial group to Directum HR Pro. As a result, hiring new employees, exchanging personnel documents, and managing vacations are carried out in the system electronically and without paper.

The Alial group has built digital communication with employees - 100% of the IT company's staff works remotely.

With the help of the "boxed" version of Directum HR Pro, all key personnel processes were digitally translated:

• hiring and dismissal;
• vacation management;
• preparation of certificates and memos.

Employees of the Alial Group - ordinary employees, specialists of the personnel service and managers - note that it is convenient to interact on labor issues in numbers, and following the results of the project "HR processes have moved to a new level."
