2024: Ujin Platform Rollout

The developer Alfa Group of Companies chose a partner, a IT Unicorn developer, Ujin OS Smart Building Platforms as a technological partner to create a unified digital environment for the buildings of two comfort-class residential complexes in - Perm Tango residential complex (38 Baramzina St.) and Skvortsy residential complex (35 Klara Tsetkin St.). Unicorn announced this on February 15, 2024.

At the request of residents, the developer and developer of smart buildings will equip the facilities and connect them to the Ujin OS integration platform. The creation of a unified digital environment for the Tango residential complex and the Skvortsy residential complex on the Ujin OS platform gives residents the opportunity to use the services of a smart residential complex through a mobile application. Services based on the LCD smart infrastructure are already operating at the facilities. Through the Ujin mobile application, residents can view video from surveillance cameras, automatic transmission of readings from hot water and heating meters is available, and in the Tango residential complex - still cold and drinking water, electricity. Access to the territory, entrances, underground parking of the residential complex is carried out through a key fob that does not need to be applied, or an application.

As of February 2024, solutions for launching a number recognition system are being finalized, including guest access through a pass ordered in the mobile application. Residents through the mobile application will also have access to payment for utilities, receiving news about the life of the complexes, sending applications to the management organization for repair and restoration work.

The developer of the Alfa Group of Companies and the developer of solutions for smart buildings Ujin agreed on the further development of partnerships and the connection of the HYGGE club house (64 Soviet Army St.) and Alpha House (Malaya, 6 St.) to the Ujin OS platform.
