The Electric Solutions company (brand) EKF has launched Vladimir region a modernized import-substituting production of low-voltage electrical products in the Sobinsky district. The equipment has implemented its own analytical industrial platform (), internet of things IIoT EKF Connect Industry designed for remote monitoring and analysis of production efficiency. The company announced this on February 19, 2024.

Investments in modernization exceeded 288 million rubles. Of these, 144 million rubles were provided by the Federal Industrial Development Fund (FRP) in the form of a preferential loan under the Development Projects program. The company has created more than 120 high-performance jobs.

In particular, it allows you to optimize the technological process, reducing downtime and increasing the efficiency of equipment use, record emergency failures of equipment, analyze energy costs, identify and eliminate sources of energy losses.

Implementation was made possible thanks to the modernization of our production in the village of Stavrovo with co-financing of the FRP, as well as the support of the Ministry of Digital Development. As a result, we increase the volume and range of products, increase the equipment utilization rate by 15-20%, reduce energy consumption costs by 10-15% in the first year, followed by an annual decrease of 3-5%. Taking into account the experience gained, we plan to offer our EKF Connect Industry IIoT platform to other enterprises for implementation, "said Dmitry Kucherov, General Director of Elektroresheniya LLC.

After reaching the design capacity, EKF will annually be able to produce up to 6.2 million sockets and switches, 4 million cable glands, 570 thousand distribution boards, 770 thousand rubber and 830 thousand power connectors at the Stavrovo production site.

After the completion of the first stage of modernization, EKF increased product localization from 15% to 35%, while by the end of 2025 it is planned to bring this figure to 50%. The company plans to significantly increase its market share in the segments of sockets and switches, cable glands, distribution boards, rubber and power connectors.

EKF creates high-tech solutions and supplies electrical products to construction and installation organizations, industrial enterprises, developers, as well as sells it through specialized retail, DIY retailers, online marketplaces and its own online store.
