Sergey Bagin was born on June 17, 1984 in Uglich, Yaroslavl Region.

Education

Sergey Bagin graduated from the Yaroslavl Medical Academy with a degree in Medical Affairs, clinical residency in Oncology, has a specialty in X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment. Candidate of Medical Sciences.

He also graduated from the magistracy at the State University of Management with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.

Career

2009-2016

From 2009 to 2012, he worked as a doctor at the Yaroslavl Regional Clinical Hospital, from 2012 to 2016 as a doctor for X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment at the Moscow Medical and Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, and later headed the department of X-ray endovascular methods for diagnosing and treating the Central Military Clinical Hospital named after P.V. Mandryk.

2017-2021

In 2017, he was appointed chief physician of the Ivanteevskaya Central City Hospital, and in 2021, chief physician of the Elektrostal Central City Hospital of the Moscow Region.

2023

In August 2023, he was appointed to the post of First Deputy Minister of Health of the Udmurt Republic, from September of the same year he began to act as minister.
