2024: Reduced waiting times for patients in line

The Health Department of the Lipetsk Region and SberKorus, using the intelligent management system SberGrowth of missile defense, reduced the waiting time in line in the of the region by a third. SberKorus announced this on March 6, 2024.

Initially, SberKorus introduced the SberGrowth missile defense intelligent management system (ISU) in two medical organizations in the Lipetsk region. In particular, the pilot project was carried out at the Lipetsk Regional Clinical Center and the Lipetsk City Polyclinic No. 7.

For more than a year of work, the waiting in the queues of the registrars of two institutions of health care systems in the region, which took part in the pilot project, decreased by an average of 31%, and the share of patients waiting in the queues of registrars for more than 15 minutes decreased by 45% (according to analysts, SberKorus, a platform for digital document management, and representatives of the Health Department of the Lipetsk Region).

Thus, according to the results of the pilot project from the end of 2022 to March 2024, the number of breaks in the presence of patients in the queues of registrations of two medical institutions decreased by 13%, and the rates of doctor's appointments through registrations and the number of patients served in registrations increased by 8% each, respectively. The proportion of patients waiting for their turn in the registry longer than the prescribed standard decreased by 43%.
