In Tyumen the third All-Russian forum "The Electronic Government — the Modern Mechanism of Management of the Region" and the specialized exhibition "Information Technologies of the Tyumen Region" — INFOTECH-2010 took place. Specialists of ELAR company told about features of documentary support of activity of departments on the example of work of the Single system of electronic archives of documents of the Government of Moscow (ESEA). A system allowed not only to integrate information resources of the different organizations for the analysis, developments of management decisions, preparation of joint documents, but also provided transparent interaction with any structures of the city due to creation of a common information space.
