2024: Implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. Motor Transport Management "

PROF-IT GROUP has completed the 1S:UAT implementation project at Salair-Trans, which has opened its own cargo fleet of 50 vehicles. Prof-IT Group announced this on March 6, 2024.

The implemented system allows you to accept applications and distribute orders, select the optimal routes for flights, monitor fuel consumption and analyze the efficiency of transportation.

Salair-Trans provides comprehensive logistics services to industrial enterprises. In 2023, the company decided to open a new business unit and create its own fleet of 50 FAW trucks. To increase the productivity of the logistics department, it was decided to implement a reliable and productive system that can be developed and scaled in the future. The digital integrator of the project was PROF-IT GROUP.

PROF-IT GROUP proposed to close the customer's needs for automated management of its own transport equipment using a specialized industry solution. On the basis of "1C: Enterprise 8. Transport Logistics, Forwarding and Vehicle Management KORP "a system was built that allows you to plan the optimal load of cars, register transport orders and monitor flight performance, form waybills, reflect data on accidents and fines, keep records of fuel and lubricants, technical inspections and repairs, form various reports for monitoring and analysis of transport operation.

The project included the refinement of the system functionality for the current business processes of the company. The loading of orders from the trading platform was set up, integration with 1S:ZUP and 1C:ERP was carried out, control over the filling of directories and documents was established, work with various external systems was synchronized (Wialon, DORSET service, PLATON, NO fines, road accidents, E100 refueling service).

Special attention within the framework of the project was paid to the creation of a methodological base for accounting policy, the accrual of RFP, regulations for the work of dispatchers. As part of the creation of its own fleet, Salair-Trans initially decided to make all transport management processes transparent and entered a new line of business with an already configured system and connected services for monitoring vehicles.

Within the framework of the project, more than 30 licenses were purchased for the installation of the mobile application "UAT Driver," which ultimately helps a lot in everyday work. Drivers receive waybills and lay a route through the application, record their arrival at the unloading site. You can also transfer documents that are automatically attached to the routing sheet. Drivers do not need to contact the dispatcher for information on further routes. Plus, it is possible to leave applications for repairs. All this facilitates and simplifies the organization and control of the entire procedure for the delivery of industrial goods, helping to optimize all business processes of the logistics company.

Implementing this area, we decided to immediately make the accounting of the fleet transparent and exclude the preparation of documents manually. Management received a convenient tool for monitoring the operation of the fleet, for which we are grateful to the PROF-IT GROUP team, - said Alexander Shashkov, project manager, Salair-Trans.

In the future, it is planned to develop the product through new flows (budgeting, planning, routing), which will ensure control over the timeliness and quality of delivery of goods by own and attracted transport at the highest level.
