On March 14, 2023, the 1C:April Soft company announced the implementation of the project for the implementation of the 1C:LIMS Management of the Enterprise Laboratory at the Buisky Chemical Plant.
According to the company, Buisky Chemical Plant is one of the largest enterprises in Russia for the production of special types of fertilizers for various crop industries, as well as for the production of technical products for construction, oil and gas, metallurgical, textile, leather, and other industries of the domestic industry. Fertilizers are adapted to all modern technologies that are used for March 2024 time in agriculture - this is drip irrigation in open and protected soil, low-volume hydroponics in greenhouses, technology for optimizing the nutrition of field crops through non-root feeding with water-soluble complex fertilizers "Aquarin" and "Aquamix." A system of soil nutrition of agricultural crops was developed and introduced through organomineral complexes enriched with useful, soil microflora, humic substances, phytopreparations based on allelope plants.
In May 2023, together with 1C:April Soft, the implementation of the implementation project "1C:LIMS Enterprise Laboratory Management. Extension for 1C:ERP and 1C: KA.PROF. "This project was necessary to achieve the following goals:
- transition from the current 1S:UPP quality management system to the 1C:LIMS system;
- Transfer to an updated platform to improve system stability, reliability, and additional platform capabilities
The main objectives of the project are:
- maintaining a list of quality indicators that are used and monitored at the enterprise during incoming inspection, control during the production and release of finished products, quality certificate indicators;
- maintenance of information on quality indicators standards;
- recording of information on samples and measurements taken;
- registration of actual indicators by samples, measurements;
- automatic calculation of key figure values by formulas;
- maintaining a laboratory log;
- maintaining a report on the performed analyses per shift;
- identification of deviations of actual indicators from normative ones, with indication of places of occurrence, causes of occurrence, corrective actions taken;
- ensure control and traceability of the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products, final products;
- automatic calculation of total values for product batches;
- automatic generation of quality certificates during product shipment;
- identification of raw materials, finished products and semi-finished products (labeling);
- accounting of laboratory assistants by shifts;
- Planning of quality inspection activities.
Additional objectives:
- taking into account the consumption of materials during quality inspections;
- taking into account environmental indicators.
During the project, the following works were performed for each unit:
- System design.
- Implementation of the system.
- Preparation for trial operation, training.
- Pilot operation.
Specialists 1C": April Soft" have translated the following functional sections into the updated system:
- Quality Management (Production and Output Inspection);
- Quality management (incoming inspection);
In total, the company has automated 20 jobs. The system was put into commercial operation in 03.01.2024. Using an industry-wide solution, you can optimize routine information collection operations, as well as ensure the reliability of this data by reducing the impact of the human factor.
