We see in this decision a lot of help for our HR services, since there is a shortage of personnel in the market. It is more relevant and profitable for us to work out the burnout of already working employees than to hire new ones. That is why we began to study the behavior of specialists based on artifacts that appear in the context of working with corporate systems. We are aimed at creating a full-fledged solution and integrating it into the IT landscape of the Fuel Company, - commented Evgeny Garanin.
