One of the first steps towards import substitution was the introduction of a new warehouse accounting system. Among the products on the market, the most relevant was the "Virtual Office" from Softline Multioblaco. It includes access to the corporate communications system (voice and video calls, chats, conferences), as well as email, which closed the client's needs. The Softline team not only subscribed to the service using the SaaS model, but also migrated the contents of user mailboxes to speed up and simplify the transition process.

The third stage in the work on the project was the transfer of virtual machines of the customer's IT infrastructure to the Russian cloud. The criteria for choosing a site were reliability, pricing flexibility and a wide range of services. Based on the fact that Softline Multi-cloud met the requirements, and, in addition, at the previous stages of the project, the Softline team showed great experience and expertise, GXO Logistics specialists chose it for placement. Softline experts provided IaaS resources for migrating virtual machines, and also accompanied the transition.

As of April 2024, the transfer of the main services has been completed, the Softline team provides technical support services for the solutions provided.
