2024: Opening access to the boxed version

On April 3, 2024, VK and IT vendor Goodt (part of the LANIT group) opened access to the boxed version of the VK People Hub Talent platform. It provides a continuous talent management process, scales into companies with more than ten thousand employees, and integrates with leading HR systems. The solution can be quickly deployed and installed in the customer's loop.

VK People Hub Talent consists of several modules - adaptation, evaluation, career and development. The platform includes an organizational structure, digital profiles of employees and departments, tools for displaying the security of positions, forming an individual development plan and assessing competencies 360, 270, 180 and 90. The product roadmap announced the expansion of functionality into two more large blocks - goal setting and analytics. The next release is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.

All modules are interconnected, so the solution allows you to build a continuous process of talent development, collect a common digital footprint and conduct end-to-end analysis of the effectiveness of each employee, individual teams or departments. The platform integrates with various HR and project management systems, as well as task trackers.

The combined long-term expertise of our teams in HR allowed the release of a boxed version in which most of the basic talent management processes are already configured and require minimal calibration. Our other goal was to close the business's need for a comprehensive Russian talent management solution that would include the entire set of tools and combine all processes into one system.
