In addition to the sales process, more than 50 integrations were implemented in this system both with the internal services of MR Group - EDMS, ERP, corporate portal, cloud storage, DWH and others, and with external ones - SuperApp site and mobile application, MRMB Open List, digital mortgage registration, services of partner companies.

This CRM has the opportunity for omnichannel interaction with the client, in the future - in 24/7 format. Regardless of the touch point - website, mobile application, call to the support service, correspondence in the chatbot, visit the sales office - the history of requests is recorded in a single digital user profile and replenished throughout the CJM: from the lead to the acceptance of the apartment, as well as the subsequent operation process, referral program and loyalty program.

In total, the company has 900 licenses for the BPMSoft Designer. MR Group has already thought out a platform roadmap for the next year, formed a backlog, is constantly working on developing the functionality of the system and improving the client experience. In the future, the company plans to increase the efficiency and speed of sales with a more detailed and personal configuration of the Next Best Action or Next Best Offer algorithms.
