She graduated from the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy in 1998 and residency there in 2003.

Career

2021-2022

In March 2021, she was appointed Deputy Minister of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region. In this position, she worked until August 2022, after which she took the post of deputy chief physician of the medical unit of the City Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Chelyabinsk. As reported on the hospital's website, Kolchinskaya was repeatedly awarded diplomas and thanks from the Ministry of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region, the Health Department, the ChOTFOMS and the administration of the Central District of the city for professionalism and high performance.

2024: Appointment as Minister of Health of Chelyabinsk Region

In April 2024, Tatyana Kolchinskaya was appointed the new Minister of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region. Previously, she worked in the City Clinical Hospital No. 1 of the city of Chelyabinsk.

The place of the head of the Ministry of Health of the Chelyabinsk region became vacant after Agatha Tkacheva left this post in November 2023. The duties of the Minister of Health of the region after that were performed by Elena Nedochukova. The latter will remain Kolchinskaya's first deputy.

Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region Alexei Teksler introduced the new Minister of Health of the region as part of a regional meeting with the heads of municipalities and members of the government.

It is noted that Tatyana Kolchinskaya regularly took advanced training courses. She has repeatedly participated in international observation programs for the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus using modern treatment methods. Participated in the implementation of the national project "Health."[1]
