Education

Elena Nedochukova graduated from the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy (ChelGMA) with a degree in Medical Medicine in 2002. In 2002-2010, she studied internship and residency at the Department of Hospital Therapy and Family Medicine of the ChelGMA, in 2015 - primary retraining in the specialty "Healthcare Organization and Public Health."

Career

2010-2014

Since 2010, she worked as a gastroenterologist in the Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Hospital. In 2013, she joined the Department of Organization of Medical Assistance to the Adult Population of the Ministry of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region, in 2014 she became Deputy Head of the Strategic Planning Department. Then she worked as deputy chief physician for medical work of the City Clinical Hospital No. 2 and deputy chief physician for the medical department of the City Clinical Hospital No. 8.

2023: Appointment as Head of the Chelyabinsk Ministry of Health

In early December 2023, Elena Nedochukova was appointed the new head of the Ministry of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region. In this post, she replaced Agatha Tkacheva, who resigned of her own free will.

The first vice-governor of the Chelyabinsk region, Irina Gekht, in her Telegram channel, commenting on the resignation of Agatha Tkacheva, called her a person with vast experience in medicine who has gone a long way professionally.
