Agata Tkacheva was born in 1974 in Chelyabinsk. Candidate of Medical Sciences, doctor of the highest qualification category in the specialties "gastroenterology," "therapy."

Education

In 1997 - graduated from the Chelyabinsk State Medical Academy with honors (faculty "Medical Affairs").

1997-2001 - clinical internship, clinical residency at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases of ChelGMA.

In 2005, she defended her thesis.

Career

2001-2008

From 2001 to 2006 - Gastroenterologist at the Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Hospital.

From 2006 to 2008 - Assistant of the Department of Hospital Therapy and Family Medicine, ChelGMA.

2008-2013

From 2008 to 2010 - Head of the Department of Quality Control of Medical Care of the Ministry of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region.

In 2010 - Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Work, MBUZ City Clinical Hospital No. 5, Chelyabinsk.

2011-2013 - Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Work of the Chelyabinsk Regional Clinical Hospital.

In July 2013, she was appointed First Deputy Minister of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region.

2019

In November 2019, Agata Tkacheva was appointed director of the Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund (TFCMI) of the Chelyabinsk Region.

2022: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region

In May 2022, it became known about the appointment of Agatha Tkacheva as the new head of the Ministry of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region. The corresponding decree was signed by the governor of the region Alexei Teksler.

The previous Minister of Health of the Chelyabinsk Region, Yuri Semenov, resigned in early May 2022 amid a criminal case on fraud in the supply of medical equipment initiated against one of his deputies. After that, the first deputy head of the department Dmitry Tarasov was appointed acting minister.^[1]
