2024: Completion of software robot testing

The Committee on State Order of St. Petersburg and its subordinate institution, the Center for Pricing, Rationing and Procurement Monitoring (CCP), completed testing of a software robot that helped optimize the process of forming and posting a report on estimated prices for construction resources to the Federal State Information System for Pricing in Construction (FGIS CS). Such information was published on the official website of the Government of St. Petersburg in a message dated April 23, 2024.

Now the loading data of one construction resource item with three supporting documents into the system is 3.5 minutes, while the Central Data Center employee performed 7 minutes. Thus, the labor intensity of this process was reduced by 2 times.

Considering that about 1,200 such items are loaded quarterly, the use of a robot for loading supporting documents allows you to increase the time for a detailed reconciliation of the technical characteristics of the construction resources of the construction resource classifier with the names of the goods.

The introduction of software robots into activities of state authorities St. Petersburg is carried out within the framework of the Effective Region program, which is implemented on behalf of the Governor. Alexandra Beglova Excellent results of testing the robot in the State Order Committee demonstrate the pros and cons of using the solution. This indicates the high qualification of the specialists of the St. Petersburg Information and Analytical Center, who developed a decision to the city authorities, as well as the potential for replicating the decision to other regions, - commented the vice-governor of St. Petersburg. The subordinate institution of St. Petersburg GBU "Center for Pricing, Rationing and Procurement Monitoring" of the Committee on State Order of St. Petersburg is engaged in monitoring, preparing substantiating settlement documents and uploading data on estimated prices of construction resources to the FSIS CS.

Robotization made it possible to optimize the loading of data on estimated prices in the system. Due to this, it was possible to significantly reduce the routine burden on employees of the subordinate institution and provide them with the opportunity to perform a larger amount of work on other tasks - monitoring construction resources and preparing settlement documents[1].
