Biography

Eldar Razroyev was born on December 30, 1960 in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow highest technical school of Bauman in "The radio-electronic equipment", a postgraduate study of Physical institute of Academy of Sciences of the USSR.

Held executive positions in companies "VimpelCom", "St. Petersburg Telecom", "Alfa-Eko Telecom".

Worked as the commercial director in the Moscow branch of MegaFon — Sonik Duo company.

In 2005-2007 – the president of Euroset.

From July, 2007 to June, 2008 headed media "daughter" AFK "Sistema" - "System of Mass media" (SMM).

2009-2010: Failure in MTT

In 2009-2010 worked as the CEO of JSC Multiregional Transit Telecom (MTT). It released Victor Belyakov from a post of the head of the company. 2013: Adviser to the Minister of Communications

Since May, 2013 Eldar Razroyev got to work in the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications as the adviser to the minister Nikolai Nikiforov of communication.

Razroyev in a conversation with Izvestia recognized that he violated traffic regulations recently, however noted that generally it is about the wrong parking.

— After the parking at the ministry building disappeared, it became difficult to park the car — Eldar Razroyev was recognized.

Also the official noted that he prefers to drive the car in spite of the fact that it is necessary to him office.

November, 2013: According to three sources of CNews, the adviser to the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications Razroyev Eldar leaves the post. In this information do not comment on the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications.

2014: The project of construction in Moscow of city Wi-Fi-network ran into severe criticism of the authorities

The initiative of state enterprise RSVO to construct city Wi-Fi-network in Moscow caused a rebuff of the capital government. The Moscow authorities stated that they do not consider this enterprise as the partner. Special discontent them was caused by a figure of Eldar Razroyev whom RSVO appointed the curator of the project^[2].

In December, 2014 the RSVO enterprise postponed construction of a metropolitan area network of Wi-fi because of increase in prices for the telekommunikatsonny equipment. The head of the project Eldar Razroyev left the company. According to the quote of Interfax before leaving the project, Eldar Razroyev said that "at a present situation the economy sharply changed, everything should be rethought. The decision on resuming of the project will be made at the level of the company". According to him, suspension of the project is connected with growth of currency rates to ruble and the followed increase in prices for the import equipment.
