The NORBIT company and football club "Rubin" signed the agreement on system implementation for management of work with fans based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Prerequisites
Development of relationship with fans and involvement of new sponsors demands from football club of careful work planning with fans of soccer, existence of the most complete information about them, holding different polls, marketing and promotion activities, informing fans and media on milestone events in work of club. The effective organization of similar work without the corresponding management system becomes rather labor-consuming and requires big costs of time and human resources.
The football club "Rubin" intends to systematize work with fans in the nearest future, to expand and strengthen a system the fan support of club due to use of modern technologies of automation. As a software platform for a club information system of FC Rubin the industry solution of NORBIT company - NORBIT is selected : Sport, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Basic purpose of a system – marketing and commercial interaction with fans.
Solution
IT solution will allow to implement functionality: maintaining base of fans, search and segmentation of the database, registration of away matches, maintaining register of violations, carrying out electronic mailings and polls of fans, report generation.
A system can be in the future integrated with booking and control and cash subsystems of club.
Result
On June 21, 2011 the NORBIT company completed system implementation of NORBIT: Sport, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Basic purpose of the system implemented in FC Rubin – marketing and commercial interaction with fans. The solution allowed to integrate all information on fans of club and to interact effectively with them using carrying out target marketing efforts, polls, mailings on segments. During the project data migration about fans from the corporate website in an information system was performed.
In a system the functionality on the organization of away matches with a possibility of formation of lists of fans for them, tracking of depositing funds for transport and accommodation, printings of boarding passes is implemented.
Opinion
Ivan Meshkov, head of marketing of FC Rubin: "Already now the base of fans is updated for 60%, from them the most active fans are identified. We held a number of marketing efforts using a system and received on these activities a feedback from 70% of the fans who received a request. We are happy with the implemented solution created based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM".
