3Logic Group and Xellon, which is part of its structure, are creating a platform in Russia for hosting IT project repositories and their joint development gitee.ru. The need to create a Russian platform for storing source code is long overdue. In the development of this initiative, we decided to go a different way: not create a repository from scratch, but build it around an existing expertise and a large community. Open source software development in China is at the highest level.
