2024: Inspection of CHP CHP water circulation system
ETS-Proekt examines the water circulation cycle system of the CHPP of the Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant to identify actual restrictions on the electric capacity of the CHPP in the summer and restrictions related to the inoperability of cooling tower No. 6. ETS-Proekt announced this on May 27, 2024.
Project Objectives:
- Determination of the reasons for deviation of the parameters of operation of the circulating and technical water supply systems from the standard values and methods of their elimination;
- Development of measures for energy saving and efficient use of energy resources;
- Implementation of the best available technologies;
- Development and substantiation of the program of organizational and technical measures aimed at elimination of limitations of CHPP electric capacity.
Based on the results of the project, the customer received a technical report on the results of the inspection of the WOC CHPP system on the territory of the ChMK, which includes a list of energy saving measures and a program of organizational and technical measures aimed at eliminating restrictions on the electric capacity of the CHPP.
