History

2024: Development of IT digitalization and implementation services

ETS-Project continues to work on digitalization services and the introduction of IT products that will help reduce the energy costs of large industrial companies, as well as optimize production production, including environmental indicators. On June 4, 2024, the company announced the appearance in its composition of the department of digital and thermal energy projects, which began to function in January 2024.

The Department is solving the problems of increasing the efficiency of operation of heat and power equipment of production facilities, including heat networks, using advanced digital technologies. Within its framework, tools are being developed that will help customers optimize processes and improve the reliability of their work.

By the beginning of June 2024, the department formed the following practices:

  • Development of digital counterparts of heating networks, aimed at adjustment, verification, design calculations, as well as functionality for calculating losses, rationing, HR logs;
  • The use of artificial intelligence to work with statistical data and improve the accuracy of forecasting production processes at the enterprise (for example, predicting the consumption of electricity by the pumping group or updating the characteristics of the compressor unit based on APCS data);
  • Thermotechnical modeling of thermal power facilities in order to solve the problem of optimization in production and reduction of energy consumption.
