A planetary scanner ElarScan A3 has been delivered to the Tambov Regional Notary Chamber. Elar announced this on May 29, 2024.
In May 2024, the Tambov Regional Notary Chamber unites 55 private practitioners working in 27 notarial districts of the Tambov Region and 25 notary assistants.
ElarScan A3 planetary scanners are designed for high-quality contactless digitization of various types of stitched and embroidered documents in format up to A3 +, including; dilapidated and non-standard sewn materials that do not allow the document to be disclosed by more than 120 degrees. The ELAR scanner will serve to digitize the most popular archival documents, various in format and degree of preservation. The transfer of paper originals to electronic form will allow prompt access to the necessary data, as well as save documents from further wear and tear.
ElarScan scanners are included in the unified register of Russian electronic products (RAP) and are a ready-made tool for organizing the processes of digitization of various types of documents in accordance with the requirements of regulators.
