Ability to transfer and save data from the Notice service

When transferring, the user will be able to save most of the text structure with its name and familiar elements for full-fledged work, including: pictures, links, tables, attached files, as well as text formatting.

In addition, in Mail Notes, users have access to creating folders. This function will help you conveniently organize and structure all notes. The service will independently move all records to which the user has access with the ability to edit together to the existing Shared folder.

Ability to get a shortened version of records using AI

In Notes, a function based on generative artificial intelligence (AI) has Mail.ru become available. Now users will be able to get an abbreviated version of their records using AI at one click of a button. VK (formerly Mail.ru Group) announced this on July 5, 2024.

This function can shorten the excerpt selected by the user. To do this, select the desired part of the text and click the "Shorten" button. You can shorten both the part and the entire note at once, saving the original version and displaying the new version of the text in a separate window.
