PCI DSS 2.0 International Card Industry Data Security Certification
RapidSoft in February 2014 completed certification for compliance with the international PCI DSS 2.0 payment card industry data security standard. As a 1 Level 1 Service Provider.
All systems involved in processing payment card data in RapidSoft solutions for building bank loyalty programs and providing payment services to bank customers have been audited. The partner in the certification was Jet Infosystems, which has Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) statuses.
The software architecture of RapidSoft solutions for providing services for banking loyalty programs and payment services, as well as its own data center, were originally designed to meet PCI DSS requirements. Before passing certification, according to the recommendations of the Jet Infosystems, the processes of software development and IT infrastructure management were brought into compliance with the standard, organizational and administrative documentation on information security was prepared and implemented.
At the end of 2013, a certification audit was conducted, as a result of which RapidSoft was recognized as complying with the PCI DSS standard. The systems involved in processing payment card data, the processes of developing these systems and managing the IT infrastructure, as well as the company's IT infrastructure itself, including its own data center for card loyalty programs and payment services, have passed the test.
2013: Year-End Results
The largest RapidSoft project in the banking segment at the end of the year was the automation of the Collection bonus program of VTB24 Bank. RapidSoft experts designed, implemented and integrated with the systems of the bank and partners of a comprehensive solution for launching and managing the bank's loyalty program. After the start of the program in September 2013, RapidSoft continued its development as a technological partner of the VTB24. During the year, the company also implemented a number of projects to develop federal loyalty programs Svyaznoy-Club and Karta Vokzaly Rossii, expanding the capabilities of customer interaction systems, analytics and program management.
In addition, RapidSoft carried out custom development projects for large players in the banking and retail segments. One of the largest projects was the development and implementation in Svyaznoy Bank of a system of remote banking and the provision of payment services to customers, as well as the QBank Internet bank.
A priority area of RapidSoft's product development in 2013 was the construction of a universal bonus system that allows banks to quickly launch their own loyalty programs thanks to a set of IT components and services, as well as access to a ready-made retail bonus write-off network. In 2013, RapidSoft provided extensive opportunities for charging and writing off bonuses in the partner network, connecting a number of major retailers, online stores and HoReCa enterprises, and also developed innovative services to form targeted offers and stimulate transactional activity of loyalty program participants. During the year, pilot projects were launched with leading retail banks and retail chains to use the RapidSoft system to build next-generation loyalty bonus programs.
2012: Year-End Results
In 2012, RapidSoft doubled the number of projects for large Russian banks and retail market leaders, and also introduced a new solution to automate banking loyalty programs.
In 2012, one of the main areas of RapidSoft's development was the system of comprehensive automation of loyalty programs using plastic cards. The Loyalty System solution presented in the second half of the year allows you to both launch new loyalty programs from scratch and optimize individual processes in existing programs.
In 2012, RapidSoft implemented projects in the field of loyalty programs and customer interaction for the largest participants in the retail services market. In particular, the company provided automation of the bonus multifunctional program "Map" Stations of Russia, "which allows cardholders to receive bonuses and special opportunities when purchasing goods and services on the territory of railway stations. The program is designed to produce about ten million cards. RapidSoft also carried out projects to develop the IT ecosystem of the Svyaznoy-Club loyalty program (more than 16 million participants), including the creation of a new version of the sclub.ru program website with interactive score management, the development of an analytical system, the development of a customer information module, etc. In addition, projects were implemented to automate bonus motivation, information and remote customer service systems for Svyaznoy Bank and the Zolotaya Korona money transfer system.
RapidSoft launched projects to automate loyalty programs and business intelligence systems for a number of Russian banks in the top 20.
The company continued to develop competencies and partner statuses for vendors Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, F5 Networks, ForgeRock, Infoblox. Thanks to the expansion of technological expertise and the launch of new projects, the number of RapidSoft employees doubled in 2012.
