The company Credis"" decided to switch from a historical system 1C: Accounting to a more functional comprehensive accounting system. 1C:ERP The project was designed to automate operational, regulated, accounting tax and accounting in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation. The company BeringPro announced this on June 5, 2024.

As a consultant for the development and implementation of the solution, BeringPro was chosen as a partner of 1C with experience in implementing similar projects. The joint project team examined the current business processes and clarified the business requirements, configured the standard functionality of the 1C:ERP, implemented developments, and tested the implemented functionality. The scope of work also included the normalization of NSI directories, data migration, training and user support during the productive start.

During the project, the business processes of purchasing, sales, production (planning and dispatching), warehouse management and requirements management, as well as accounting and tax accounting, financial results were automated.

As a result of the project, we received a single information space in which uniform accounting is carried out for most business processes on the basis of a unified NSI, "said Ksenia Vlasova, Deputy General Director of CREDIS.

The project was completed in full compliance with the planned time and within the budget.

Among the results of the project can also be distinguished:

  • A payment calendar that allows you to manage the funds of the enterprise, form a payment plan and monitor its implementation,
  • Monitoring of settlements with counterparties, control of receivables,
  • Monitoring and reporting of the completeness of customer orders,
  • Order status reports,
  • Planning capacity utilization with detail up to the production operation and production employees,
  • Formation and control of fulfillment of orders to suppliers,
  • Control of timely delivery of ordered materials,
  • The ability to generate reports that demonstrate the movement of materials in production, sales, etc.,
  • Operational information on accounting of production employees "individual earnings and correct cost per unit of output,
  • Automatic generation of regulated reporting.

Within the framework of the project, 30 workplaces were automated. The system employs employees of the departments of accounting, sales, procurement, supply, production, warehouses, as well as direct management.
