Voronezh the office First Bit"" automated the working processes of the Joint Stock Company Lato"" - one of the industry enterprises construction industries Russia specializing in the production of fiber cement and chrysotile cement products for the facades of buildings and structures. This was announced by the First Bit on June 13, 2024.

Previously, accounting in JSC "LATO" was carried out separately, with duplication of data and routine operations. For example, data for personnel accounting and payroll were taken from the 1C: Kamin program, and agreement on contracts and service applications was carried out in a third-party program, without integration with the main accounting solutions. A noticeable part of the calculations was carried out in Excel, and all data for it was collected and recorded manually.

A lot of time was spent processing orders, there were errors in the document flow, losses due to non-compliance with the deadlines and inefficient use of stock. Information was duplicated from system to system, operations were reflected only after the fact.

We had several tasks: to start starting accounting at the places of origin of operations, to move to transparency of production and to remove the load from users as much as possible so that you do not have to inflate the staff. As a result of the transition to 1C:ERP Enterprise Management, the customer keeps records of each production operation, which significantly increased traceability. Costs are immediately reflected at the locations of financial and business operations: you can analyze the results of employees' work in more detail, plan-actual cost analysis, monitor deviations and generate reports in the necessary sections.

Barcoding and labeling of products accelerated the processing of operations and allowed not to store illiquid in stock. By barcode, you can track the release date and batch number, and even find out the names of the employees who worked on the change of release. All storekeepers were provided with a mobile application and data collection terminals - the timing of shipment and inventory was reduced.

Also, specialists have developed AWS (automated workplace) for the production workshop and for the painting workshop. It was necessary to make the interface as simple and intuitive as possible so as not to waste time teaching the nuances of working with the program of all production personnel. With the help of AWS for workshops, it became possible to quickly influence the volume of products produced - the analysis of equipment downtime takes place online.

Sales managers can now put a "reservation" on manufactured products. They fill out a single template for forming an order, see the receipt of payment, can quickly analyze for which order the products are already available and thus reduce the shipping time for buyers.

The analysis of the cost of finished products is carried out in the context of various items and at direct costs. It has become easier to control the cost of delivery - now it is included in the cost price.

The budgeting unit "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" automatically generates a plan-based analysis that does not require manual data transfer. Reconciliation of accounts also takes place in the system, all data can be tracked online - which means that it is correct to take into account payment limits and prevent overspending or cash gaps.

The balance sheet is also collected in 1C:ERP.

Specialists of the First Bit automated the personnel accounting and payroll unit in 1C:ERP. All calculations, even complex ones - such as additional paid weekends - occur automatically.
