A system consists of the pick-up probes which are continuously collecting information on communication quality, and server components, providing consolidation and the analysis of the acquired information. According to Outsourcing 24 company, a system allows to have unlimited access to results of monitoring, to create reports and diagrams on each telecom operator for the required period and also, optionally, to provide automatic switching to alternative channels.

Results of use of new service, according to the statistics of customers "Outsourcing 24", will become: decrease in time of problem solving with communication channels more than twice; decrease in number of failures by 1.5 times; compensation up to 100% of the suffered losses because of communication failures.
