RDV moved Porotherm from SAP to 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2. RDV announced this on June 14, 2024.

Like many companies operating in Russia, Porotherm (ex. Wienerberger) was forced to abandon the previous foreign ERP system and switch to domestic systems. RDV was chosen to carry out the transition. RDV experts analyzed the company's business processes and proposed a methodology for switching to a new ERP system.

To solve import substitution problems, the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 system was chosen as a promising solution for automating operational, management and accounting. Within the framework of the project, the tasks of improving the system with the necessary integrations and the deployment of 1C:ERP in two factories of the company were completed.

In the course of the work, RDV specialists developed detailed functional requirements for the 1C:ERP system, modeled business processes and finalized the standard functionality for the customer's business requirements. As part of the project, integration with the following systems was carried out:

• 1S:DO, including the process of approving purchase requisitions;
• , E-DOCUMENT FLOW Kontur.Diadok including updated forms for sending documents to dealers;
• 1S:ZUP, including refinement of the mechanism for the formation of reserves for remuneration.

The project team has developed a methodology for regulated and management accounting. You have set up a set of management reports and standard reports on sales, warehouse operations, purchasing, production and settlement.

Training and methodological and consulting support were provided for key users of the 1C:ERP system.
