2024: Automation of communication with applicants using a voice bot

On June 20, 2024, Softline announced that the Wibedo service for quick search and hiring of personnel automated communication with applicants using a voice bot developed on the Robovoice platform from SL Soft.

As reported, Wibedo seeks to optimize the selection and interaction of enterprises with line personnel, so helps automate financial processes and workflow, and provides access to 50,000 performers with delivery, sales, and warehouse experience. For applicants, the site offers quick payments within 24 hours and work with trusted customers.

Wibedo has integrated Robovoice's voice bot into business processes. Now the virtual operator accompanies applicants at different stages of using the application - from registration to shift. Robovoice recalls the possibility of finding work in the application, asks to download the necessary documents and collects feedback. Every day, the bot makes up to 1000 calls to the database of applicants, reducing communication costs by 3 times.

In order to increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, Wibedo launched a script to work out responses on job search sites. Bot invites candidates interested in vacancies to install the Wibedo application and sends an SMS with a link to download the service after the dialogue. After the introduction of the bot, ad conversion increased by 20%.

Among Wibedo's customers are large chain companies - retail players, fast food restaurants, delivery services that need to carry out mass selection in a short time. Given the turnover inherent in the blue collar and the shortage in the labor market, we strive to provide effective service and be an assistant to employers in recruiting employees for a couple of hours, a day or a long period. The introduction of a voice robot into the process of communication with application users is an important step towards digitalization. The technology helps us to be in touch with applicants, to influence important metrics of the application. Thus, the DAU indicator increased by 28% compared to the period before the introduction of the technology. Of course, other events contribute to this, but they give results in combination with Robovoice. As of June 2024, thanks to the implementation of Robovoice and the improvement of other processes, the average time from the application to find the performer to the start of the task is 12 hours.
