"Systam Electric" moved from Confluence to Naumen KMS. Naumen (Naumen Consulting) announced this on June 25, 2024.

As part of the project, the knowledge base was migrated from Confluence to Naumen KMS for employees of the development departments, R&D and the IT department of Systam Electric. Seamless migration made it possible to automatically transfer content without losing information, and due to the convenience of the interface and the variety of functionality, it was not necessary to retrain employees. The solution fully meets the requirements of cybersecurity and allows you to develop the company's IT infrastructure.

In five months, the company managed to independently implement the migration of content to Naumen KMS without loss and increase its own expertise. Employees got the opportunity to work in a single information space, while it did not take much time to retrain and get used to the new platform, - said Kirill Vlasov, Deputy General Director for Information Technology and Digital Transformation, System Electric.

The convenience and reliability of the migrator allowed System Electric to carry out the transfer of content completely on its own. After the completion of the project, at least 90% of technical issues related to the operation of Naumen KMS can be resolved by the customer's employees, - commented Sergei Popov, Director of the Department of Contact Centers and Robotic Systems Naumen.
