2024: Chief Financial Officer of Rostelecom

Anna Tregubenkova has been appointed Senior Vice President - Financial Director of Rostelecom since July 11, 2024. In this position, Anna is responsible for financial and economic processes, procurement activities, oversee strategic planning and monitoring of strategy implementation, as well as projects to improve the operational efficiency of the company.

Anna Tregubenkova joined the team of the financial and economic block of Rostelecom in 2018 as director of economic policy, in 2019 she was appointed vice president. She oversaw the processes of business planning, investment management, and also coordinated the work of segment and functional CFOs. Under Anna's leadership, business planning, management reporting and investment management systems were reformed. Thanks to the introduction of a separate accounting system, the company was able to make decisions based on high-quality data in terms of business areas, products and services, and systematically approach the implementation of operational efficiency programs. The integration of regional financial functions into centralized competence centers, combined with the introduction of a new import-substituted investment management system, significantly increased the speed of investment decision-making and simplified control over their implementation.

Sergei Anokhin, who served as first vice president - financial director in 2018-2024, leaves the company on his own initiative.
