In fact, we solve the engineering problem using the best available technologies, and we solve it as soon as possible, "said the scientific director of the project, director of the Skoltech Center for Applied Artificial Intelligence, Professor Evgeny Burnaev. - I understand how each technology works and what can be achieved with each of these technologies separately. However, when you collect them together, it is not clear in advance what can happen in aggregate, especially considering that the quality of the original photo and video materials is quite low. But the more valuable the final result will be: we will be able to objectively assess the capabilities of modern technologies in this class of applications. This is the first moment. Second, we will make a tangible object, on the example of which modern technologies can be clearly explained. And thirdly, it will be a useful "test stand" for educational purposes. It will be possible to show students exactly how different technologies are arranged, and to work out the skills of working with different AI solutions and their combinations.
