As part of the project, a single information space was created for all legal entities of the group of companies from all accounting systems to track operational processes and help make strategic decisions.

There were several requirements for a BI solution:

• Interactive data visualization;
• Multilayer: Each data set must have multiple sections (layers) to provide the desired detail;
• Multithreading and delimitation of access rights;
• Customization: the solution should be easy to use, enable business users to independently create dashboards and analyze information in various sections. Thanks to the simple and convenient interface, mastering the main functionality should take 2-3 hours.
• Openness to self-expansion of functionality. To solve non-standard problems, it is possible to create your own widgets using SDK both public methods/languages. programming You can also add calculation algorithms and your own modules through. API

To add information to the BI system in manual mode, an intelligent data input module was used, which made it possible not only to save results to the database for display on dashboards, but also provided cross-checks, multi-user operation and versioning control.

Project results achieved:

• The solution covers 11 projects, including cross-functional dashboards for three companies: EXEAR JSC, Roseximbank JSC and the Russian Export Center;
• A single information space has been created for all legal entities of the REC group of companies from all accounting systems (≈ 10 different - from ABS to insurance IS) to track operational processes and help in making strategic decisions;
