Biography

In 1999, Dmitry Lomilin graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, M.V Lomonosov of Applied Mathematics. In 2001-2002 received an education in the field of economics at the Russian Economic School.

According to Dmitry Lomilin's LinkedIn page, in 2002-2004. he worked as a business analyst at Ernst & Young, and in 2004-2006. - senior consultant at Accenture.

From 2006 to 2010, he held various positions at Deloitte, including director of the group for the implementation and support of business applications of the Deloitte CIS consulting department. After that, he returned to work again at Ernst & Young, where he worked in senior positions until 2015.

In January 2016, he became co-founder and CEO of BI Center (Biay Center LLC), specializing in building BI solutions of various vendors. Among them, judging by the company's website, SAP solutions occupied an important place. In 2019, Dmitry Lomilin left the co-founders.

Since October 2016, he worked at SAP CIS, responsible for sales in one of the product areas.

2024: Director of the IT Department of Rosneft

In July 2024, Dmitry Lomilin first appeared before the general public in a new position - director of the IT department of Rosneft. Being declared in this position, he made a presentation at the international exhibition-forum "Russia" at VDNKh.

Rosneft did not officially announce the appointment of Dmitry Lomilin to the position of director of the IT department. At the time of publication, the company was unable to answer TAdviser's questions about the appointment, including the question about Dmitry Lomilin's predecessor. One of the last in a similar position previously publicly appeared Oleg Bosenko.

The IT Department (Department of Informatization and Development of Business Processes) is part of the Rosneft Information Technology Service, which has been headed by Yury Popov, who is also the general director of Sibintek, for several years.
