At the end of 2022, Consyst Business Group received a grant from the Russian Information Technology Development Fund (RFRIT) for the implementation of the project "Development of an industry solution TURBO Hotel for comprehensive automation of hotel activities based on the domestic computer program TURBO X Platform, version 10." In June 2024, the system was entered into the Unified Register of Russian Software ( entry No. 23065 of 28.06.2024), and already in early July, the Hermitage Hotel completely abandoned the use of the former PMS (Property Management System) of a foreign vendor and switched to work in TURBO Hotel.

As part of the project, number management, processes for monitoring and planning downloads, direct and online reservations were automated. The business processes of working with guests are set up: registration, selection of a number taking into account preferences and previous accommodation, accounting for the services provided, departure and billing. The functionality of pricing, analysis of work results, as well as the formation of management reporting was implemented.
