MTS PJSC, digital ecosystem, July 22, 2024 announced the creation of a Dispatcher 24 mobile universal solution for the integrated management of digital infrastructure of apartment buildings with a digital ecosystem for developers and management companies. Superapp provides a single digital ecosystem for the developer, management company and residents, providing services to solve daily user tasks.

The solution has been implemented in several regions, for example, in residential complexes, and Moscow Vladivostok. As Eagle part of the partnership, companies plan to digitize a number of projects GC "Etalon" in several regions of the developer's presence, as well as implement solutions for other developers on the market.

MTS and Etalon have combined communication infrastructure, a platform for managing a digital building, including security and automation systems, as well as Etalon solutions for management companies and residents. In particular, by activating the "Bluetooth access" function in the mobile application, a resident of the Silver Fountain residential complex will be able to pass through the gates on the territory of the residential complex without keys, open the entrance door, and also set up an automatic elevator call to the desired floor. In addition, the functions of automatic identifications cars for entering the territory of the residential complex and ordering passes for seamless access to transport guests' funds with an indication of the validity period are implemented.

The proptech market has passed its formative phase and is showing double-digit growth rates. We see the active formation of smart home standards. So, since 2021, the volume of commissioning of "smart" housing in Russia has more than quadrupled, and the share of houses with elements of a "smart" home has already exceeded 10%.
