Joint-Stock Company "Bamtonnelstroy SK MOST" refused paper in personnel workflow and chose the HRlink service as a platform for document management in HR. Due to the transition to personnel EDO, interaction with employees, including those working on a rotational basis, has become even more transparent and simple, and the process of paperwork has also accelerated significantly. HRlink (Innovations in Human Resources Management) announced this on July 23, 2024.

The central office of Bamtonnelstroy SK MOST is located in Moscow, five more divisions operate in the regions of Russia, including in the Far East - in the Amur Region and in the Primorsky Territory. The staff of BTS SK MOST includes over 600 people, of which only 30% are office employees - the rest is accounted for by shift workers who work at the company's construction facilities.

Due to the wide geography of construction projects and the distributed structure, BTS SK MOST had a need for a solution that would allow it to receive the originals of personnel documents on time, eliminate the risks of their loss, as well as reduce the time and cost of paper workflow, which also includes archive storage. To simplify the personnel process, it was decided to transfer the interaction of employees with the HR team to electronic format.

Among the requirements that the company imposed on the personnel EDO platform was the ability to integrate the solution with the 1C system, transparent pricing, as well as extensive experience of the contractor with customers from different industries. Of the seven products for electronic KDP, BTS SK MOST opted for the HRlink service: the platform has a ready-made module for integration with 1C, which does not require complex configuration for business processes, and HRlink has extensive experience in introducing the service - it is used by more than 5,000 companies.

The process of introducing personnel EDO took about 2.5 months. Human resources department specialists were the first to connect to the service, after which their experience was scaled up to the rest of the separate units. Conversations were held with shift workers who expressed concerns about the transition to an electronic format of interaction with personnel specialists, during which they demonstrated the advantages of the platform, as well as its ease of use. As a result, 96% of the company switched to personnel EDO.
