Rosreestr launched a data store, thanks to which you can get an extract from the USRN in 2 seconds

At the end of July 2024, it became known that thanks to the launch of the data store by Rosreestr, it is now possible to obtain an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN) in 2 seconds. The introduction of the new system made it possible to speed up the process of obtaining information, providing access to up-to-date information in real time.

The project was implemented by PJSC Rostelecom together with BFT-Holding. The new data showcase allows you to form more than 30 thousand documents per day, which significantly improves the efficiency and efficiency of working with USRN data. Citizens, organizations and authorities can now quickly receive information about the main characteristics of housing, non-residential premises and land plots.

Rosreestr, the federal executive body, performs functions for the development of state policy and legal regulation in the field of the USRN and the provision of information contained in this register. The data mart was commissioned on March 1, 2023, with about 4 billion registry records and more than 5,000 attributes describing properties uploaded to it. Due to the optimization of the data storage infrastructure, the load on the services of the Federal State Register of Legal Entities of the USRN was reduced.

One of the key features of the new data showcase is the ability to exchange state data using the NSD interdepartmental electronic interaction system. A component was also introduced to provide USRN information in the format of batch uploads for transferring data to federal executive authorities (FOIV). Within the framework of this project, seven FFIVs, in accordance with the concluded agreements on information interaction, receive unloading from the USRN.

The project also included the development of a component of statistical, analytical and operational reporting designed to form analytical and regulated reporting. Employees of Rosreestr and Roskadastra can now use BI analytics tools to visualize data, form and present up-to-date statistical information, as well as track the dynamics of indicators.
