2024: Implementation and adaptation of "1C:ERP 2" with data transfer from the outdated accounting system for MicroEM

To create a single information space before the start of the project, the company used the 1S:UPP system. But, with the emergence of new business needs of the organization, the current system could not provide for them. In this regard, it was decided to introduce a modern ERP system - 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2, the functionality of which met business requirements.

The key goal of the project was the introduction of 1C:ERP to replace outdated 1S:UPP, as well as the introduction of a production unit using subcontracted raw materials.

As a result of the project, all the goals set were achieved. The assino team has implemented end-to-end manufacturing process management using the MRP II methodology, which allows us to establish a connection between production and demand for products and services, to ensure uninterrupted production to fulfill the order schedule. Also, the partner's specialists implemented functional gaps: they finalized the reference book "Manufacturing Technology" for the automatic formation of resource specifications when launching orders for production, the document "Subcontractor Order" and adapted the AWS "Acceptance of Subcontracting" and "Launch of Orders for Production," as well as finalized the AWS "Formation of replacement tasks" for planning the implementation of production stages according to the production schedule.

As a result of the project, the accuracy of planning and the quality of analysis of production processes has increased, which allows identifying their bottlenecks and eliminating inefficient production. Due to the transition to the new version, the standard functionality of the system with modification for specific business processes of the customer was used as much as possible. Thanks to this, it was possible to simplify the support of the system, its further content and development.
