Izhkombank completed the first stage of transition to FXL Platform

On January 31, 2019 the FlexSoft company announced, end together with Izhkombank of the first stage of replacement of an automated system VA Bank of ST on FXL Platform which includes: Core banking system VA Bank FXL, core and ledger of Core System FXL, uniform Front Desk FXL front office and analytical storage DataForce FXL.

Upgrade of the automated banking system - a part of plans for strategic development of bank. Possibilities of FXL Platform will allow to increase customer service quality at simultaneous reduction of time, the speed of decision making and to reduce time of commissioning of banking products. It is very important for implementation of plans of Izhkombank for further increase in volume of crediting of individuals and also small and medium business. We calculate that the offered technology of soft junction on FXL Platform, will provide product introduction without violation of the acquired processes of daily banking activity. The flexible adaptive architecture of FXL Platform allows specialists of bank without involvement of vendor quickly to create the banking products meeting customer requirements, to receive analytics on processes and products in real time, to expand a set of services due to integration with external resources. The FORS — Banking Systems company and JSB Izhkombank (Izhevsk) announced end of the first stage of the project on transfer of Bank on the new automated banking system VA Bank. The core banking system "VA Bank" proved in the market as one of the most reliable, productive automation equipment of banks for a long time. It is the full-function automated banking system on the Oracle platform implemented in three-unit architecture. The centralized multifilial architecture maintains the principle of "transparent" customer service in any of divisions of bank and provides resistance of a system to cracking – all business logic and interfaces of access to the database are on the application server. System management, its updating happens on a centralized basis on the server, and in total with the centralized data processing leads to significant cost reduction on network infrastructure and administration of a system. The core banking system "VA Bank" has the built-in scenario mechanism allowing to adapt quickly to any accounting standards and the reporting. It is easily integrated with different external subsystems of the third the producer. Works in more than 60 banks of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries.

Izhkombank – actively developing credit institution, in its arsenal now the most modern and relevant technologies allowing to improve business processes in Bank and carrying out banking activities. From the moment of agreement signature about cooperation and start of the core banking system in commercial operation there passed exactly 12 months. Within the project are adapted and brought into commercial operation of 11 main functional modules ABS. In parallel with implementation of the core banking system there were works on start of the solution Front Solutions (FS) providing remote service and self-service of clients. The first terminals were started in the summer. At the moment the network contains about 30 terminals. With implementation Front Solutions Bank could offer clients service "A personal account of the payer". Using the self-service terminal, the client can save templates of the registered payments that simplifies work with the terminal. On terminals also new services appeared: replenishment accounts/repayment of the credits of other banks, replenishment of maps, accounts and deposits in Izhkombank. Implementation of new services will be continued that will allow to increase the speed and customer service quality, will give to clients additional opportunities for interaction with Bank. These services are demanded, for quite short time has come out on top on volumes of payments in terminals and gain the increasing popularity.
