Biography

Arkady Lobas was born in 1970 in Barnaul.

Education

In 1994 he graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers with a degree in Technical Operation of Aviation Electronic Equipment.

In 2003 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Altai Agrarian University, IBA with a degree in Economics and Management.

In 2005 he graduated from the Altai State Technical University. I.I. Polzunova. He has an MBA Diploma - "Master of Business Administration."

Career

He served in the ranks of the Armed Forces.

He has been working in the banking system since 1993.

Since 2000, he headed the company FORCE-Region.

Since 2010, he headed JSC Flexsoft"."

Since 2014, he has been active in the Council of the Association of Banks "Russia," the Commission on Banks and Banking Activities of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Financial and Banking Council of the CIS and working groups of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

For 2020, it has a long-term practice of creating and introducing innovative information technologies in the financial and banking industry.
