2024: Registration in Rospatent

Lenta has registered its own software, which controls all stages of work with marked goods. The company announced this on August 8, 2024.

Lenta Tech specialists developed and implemented GisMark software in 2019. The main task of the software is to check, process and save information on marking codes. These are stamp issue, direct import, acceptance of goods in distribution centers and stores, deferred acceptance, accounting for cash sales, online and wholesale sales. NOVARDIS and SOLMIX LLC were involved in software development.

The software allows you to obtain the composition of stamps from universal transfer documents (UPD) by checking the correctness of statuses in the Honest Sign system. During acceptance in distribution centers or stores, it shows how many digital codes need to be scanned. The system sends information about errors to the supplier every day with a list of "problem" brands. In addition, GisMark enters transport codes or stamps into the PDA when transferring goods to another legal entity and checks them for correctness. The system also controls that "incorrect" marking codes are not allowed during acceptance and further implementation. We are talking about previously sold goods, expired items or goods prohibited for sale in the Honest Sign system.

Thanks to GisMark software, the company has optimized routine operations and reduced the risk of manual errors. Employees of distribution centers and stores can control all processes related to the processing of marked goods. For example, in acceptance, the program independently controls which product produced before the start of labeling can be accepted without it, and which one is only with brands. The number of stamps to be checked, as well as the inspection rules themselves, are set centrally at the level of suppliers, enterprises and goods in order to carefully check the items with the implementation of which most often problems arise in stores. This helps reduce in-store write-offs and reduce inventory times.
