X-Com, which proposed the most financial and qualification-based conditions for the implementation of the project, was recognized as the winner by a majority of votes of the members of the competition committee.

The solution is built on the basis of street IP Dahua DH-IPC-HFW2841TP-ZAS cameras that provide high image quality thanks to the use of Starlight and WDR technologies. Starlight allows you to transmit a color image in low light levels, which is especially true for street video surveillance. WDR allows you to get a clear and informative image even with strong contrast. The cameras are combined with 18-port gigabit switchboards TP-LINK TL-SG1218MP and connected Trassir to MiniNVR 3216R AF DVRs. The solution is mounted in a wall-mounted switching cabinet. To ensure stable power supply, the system includes uninterruptible power supplies Ippon Smart Winner II 1500 Euro.
